If you are not sure which size to choose, we have created a detailed guide under each product that can help you choose the right size. If you have chosen the wrong size, we are ready to exchange your item.

We ship all our packages with GLS, and we pack and ship every day from Monday to Friday before 10am and expect your package to take 1-2 business days to reach you.

On Monday 29 May 2023 at 12:00 we opened the doors to our first store. The shop is located on Amager, specifically Engvej 169, which is a stone's throw from Femøren Metro. Here there is parking right next to the shop. We are open from 12-4pm Monday to Friday and we look forward to seeing you!

If you want to return your item, simply go to https://return.shipmondo.com/naturligatletretur and create your return label for DKK 19!.

Remember and enclose a note in the package if you want an exchange!

We will exchange your item for up to 180 days after your purchase, as long as the products have not been used.
