Return?
If you wish to return your item, simply go to https://return.shipmondo.com/naturligatletretur and create your return label for DKK 19!.
Remember and attach a note in the package if you want an exchange!
We will exchange your item for up to 180 days after your purchase, as long as the products have not been used.

Shipment?
We ship all our packages with GLS, and we pack and ship every day from Monday to Friday before 10am and expect your package to take 1-2 business days to reach you.
